| 1.00pm | Stay at Birubi Beach for an afternoon of Learn to Surf lessons/beach activities |
| 4.30pm | Arrive and check into Outrigger villas at Shoal Bay Holiday Park |
| 6.00pm | Dinner – Australia’s Favourite buffet dinner |
| 7.30pm | Nightly activity – NPWS spotlight tour |
| 10.00pm | Lights out |
| Day Two | |
| 8.00am | Continental breakfast in recreation room at Shoal Bay Holiday Park |
| 9.30am | Activity pass at Toboggan Hill Park including rock climbing, tobogganing, krazy kars and mini golf |
| 12.00pm | Lunch- assorted sandwiches, fruit and drink |
| 1.00pm | Group 1 – Port Stephens Parasailing |
| 1.00pm | Group 2 – Discovery tour with Blue Water Sea Kayaking |
| 4.00pm | Arrive back at Shoal Bay Holiday Park for free time |
| 6.00pm | Dinner – BBQ Buffet Dinner |
| 7.30pm | Nightly activity – Karaoke night at Shoal Bay Holiday Park |
| 10.00pm | Lights out |

| 8.00am | Continental breakfast in recreation room at Shoal Bay Holiday Park |
| 9.00am | Check out of accommodation at Shoal Bay Holiday Park |
